Description
Powder River Industries, LLC provides technical services across the entire system development life cycle (SDLC). As a prime we are responsible for complete end to end system management for a customer's mission system. This includes a data center, integrated logistics support, COOP, and disaster recovery. As a subcontractor we are providing services from: DevSecOps, software development, network administration, systems analysis, database administration, storage engineering, hardware engineering, Tier 1 - Tier 3 support in traditional data center environments (bare metal frames), cloud, and hybrid cloud. The cloud environments we are operating in today are AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
On-call support is a requirement. Surge support outside of normal business hours (EST) will be required.
Normal shift schedule Monday - Friday, EST, start/end time may vary based on commute.

Requirements
- Provide solutions requiring analysis and creative use of innovative methods to complex problems by collaborating with subject matter experts and program managers in one or more of the following areas: critical infrastructure and industrial control system cyber security, information security.
- Develop and give cybersecurity training to domestic and international partners
- Provide cybersecurity expertise as part of multi-disciplinary and multi-lab teams providing assessments of facilities and consulting to DOE/NNSA's DNN
- Develop software and technological solutions in support of GMS missions
- Engage other cybersecurity experts frequently to share relevant knowledge, opinions, and recommendations, working to fulfill deliverables as a team.
- Design technical solutions independently, participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team to analyze sponsor requirements and designs, and implement software and perform analyses to address these requirements.
- Manage multiple parallel tasks and priorities of customers and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrated experience with Splunk, RSA, Tenable Nessus and SELinux
- Demonstrated strong understanding of ports, protocols and services
- Assists architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate information security functionality to ensure uniform application of Agency security policy and enterprise solutions.
- Contributes to security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification and awareness activities for system and networking operations
- Preferred familiarization with Sentinel One
- Preferred familiarization with IDS/IPS Solutions
- Preferred familiarization with MECM

- Active TS clearance - must be willing and able to maintain a CI polygraph. Must attain all necessary read ins for work. (This is a condition of employment)
