Join our team as a Network Engineer, where you will play a critical role in ensuring high-performance, secure, and reliable network operations. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in network administration, troubleshooting, and automation. This position is fully on-site.

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, access controls, and threat mitigation strategies.
- Automate network tasks using Python, Bash scripting, and Ansible.
- Optimize network performance and scalability for both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Support cross-functional teams with networking needs, including storage, systems, and security teams.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company and agency policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of plans, system configurations, and operational processes and procedures.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 to 8 years of related experience
- Experience with enterprise network administration.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing network issues.
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Understanding of security best practices in networking environments.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. Must be able to obtain and maintain a (CI) Scope Polygraph within 180 days of hire.
- CompTIA Security+ CE, ISC2 SSCP, or equivalent baseline security certification.
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python, Bash scripting).
- Knowledge of SD-WAN, network virtualization, and software-defined networking (SDN).
- Active TS//SCI clearance with a current CI Scope Polygraph.
