Telum Corporation is seeking qualified individuals to support the training needs of military personnel. We are looking for versatile team players with skills across various trades, rather than specific licenses. The primary work location is at Camp Mackall, North Carolina, with additional travel to Fort Bragg and other areas in central North Carolina as required by training schedules. Security Clearance:
Valid Secret Clearance required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to enhance supply management, repair, and maintenance of training ranges, ensuring optimal functionality for testing and training operations.
Utilize your expertise in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical work, masonry, welding, plumbing, wheeled vehicle maintenance, grounds maintenance, or roofing.
Perform maintenance tasks on training facilities and ranges, as required by operational needs.
Assist with inventory control and supply management to ensure that necessary materials and tools are available.
Work primarily at Camp Mackall, with additional responsibilities at Fort Bragg and other locations in central North Carolina, as required by training demands.
Environmental Conditions:
Capable of working in diverse environments, including extreme heat, cold, humidity, dampness, and noise.
Exposure to dust, fumes, smoke, gases, solvents, grease, flammable materials, electrical hazards, and uneven surfaces.
Tasks may involve working around machinery, moving objects, on ladders or scaffolding, at great heights, or below ground.
Ability to manage fatigue, vibration, and work collaboratively or independently as needed.
Qualifications:
Must currently hold and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Proficiency in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical work, masonry, welding, plumbing, wheeled vehicle maintenance, grounds maintenance, roofing, or inventory control/supply.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Ability to perform effectively in challenging field environments under varying weather conditions, both day and night.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage and complete projects efficiently.
Proven experience in the relevant trades.
Ability to perform physical labor and complete construction projects within established deadlines.
