CACI is seeking a motivated Global Logistics Analyst to support Air Mobility Command's (AMC) Negatively Pressurized Conex (NPC) program and Exercise Program services. The AMC Surgeon (AMC/SG) is located at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, just 25 Miles East of St. Louis, Missouri. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management, guidance, and direction of AMC's Manpower and Equipment Force Packaging System (MEFPAK) supporting the NPC/NPC-Lite Unit Type Code (UTCs). • Executing, planning, analyzing, coordinating, and transporting of all NPC/NPC-L assets, functions, and aspects.
- Assist/Advise/Participate in MAJCOM working groups such as the Readiness Training Oversight Committee (RTOC); Exercise Oversight Committee, working groups such as AE Clinical Issues, Plans and Requirements, Exercise and Training; and participate in AMC exercise planning meetings • Attend and support Global Patient Movement Aeromedical Evacuation (AE)/Critical Care Air Transport Team (CCATT) training exercises;
- Provide After Action Reports (AARs) Review and leverage the DoD's Foreign Clearance Guide to anticipate challenges in international shipping, such as documentation requirements, and prepare HAZDEC shipping documentation.
- Administrative management for medical logistics exercise requirements to include tracking equipment taskings, generating and routing Memorandums of Agreements, coordination with requesting units and outside agencies, and tracking exercise reconstitution progress.
- Analyze and apply concepts from Joint Publication 4-02 Joint Health Services to assist in the planning and execution of contagious or potentially contagious patient movement along the en route care continuum in contested/contingency environments. •
- Advises leadership on resources, personnel, and equipment issues on behalf of the AMC MEFPAK and readies teams for NPC/NPC-L operations. • Define and develop deployment and redeployment processes, business plans, tracking and programming of NPC/NPC-L costs, processes, policies, roles and responsibilities and performance metrics.
- Applies metrics to track and trend utilization/expected maintenance/repair costs, applies concepts of life cycle management, and anticipates replacement or repair needs ahead of schedule. • Advises, informs, and recommends future capabilities to Branch leadership and assists AMC/SG in developing and coordinating the concept of employment and operations for the NPC/NPC-L UTCs.
- Leverages AFI 41-106, Medical Readiness Program Management and assists in the development and maturation, coordination, and/or maintenance of NPC/NPC-L documents/products such as Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP), Mission Capability (MISCAP), Unit Type Code (UTC) management and NPC/NPC-L Mission Essential Task Lists (METL).
- Reviews and ensures compliance with the activities defined in AFI 10-401, Air Force Operations Planning and Execution, when coordinating, evaluating, and making recommendations to MEFPAK leadership and mission partners. •
- Creates and implements data management and data collection techniques to analyze and determine improved means to implement/disseminate MEFPAK guidelines. Identifies NPC/NPC-L program needs based on data collected and participates in strategic planning meetings to ensure all facets of program changes are documented.
- Creates and updates the Lessons Learned (L2) registry and issue log to mitigate or avoid risk to operation and/or unnecessary costs.
- Makes recommendations to improve administrative processes and strives to benchmark global operations and operational capability best practices.

- • MA/MS degree ( A Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree)
