The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial improvement audit readiness and government property compliance for the organization. They will work closely with the procurement, finance, accounting, and property management teams to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and policies. The Logistics Analyst will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial improvement audit readiness assessments to ensure compliance with government regulations and policies
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deficiencies identified during the audit readiness assessments
- Monitor and report on compliance with government property regulations, including property acquisition, use, disposal, and inventory management
- Ensure that all property records are accurate and up-to-date
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, accounting, and property management teams
- Analyze logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to optimize logistics operations
- Develop and maintain logistics-related policies, procedures, and work instructions - Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and government auditors
- Stay up-to-date with changes in government regulations and policies related to logistics and property management
Qualifications:
Required:
-Active secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or at least 9 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of government regulations and policies related to logistics, property management, and financial improvement audit readiness
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics-related software applications

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
