Location: DMV Area
Status: Hybrid- 2 days on site per week

Clearance Level: Top Secret
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certification: One of the following certifications is required
- CAD - Certified Application Developer
- CTA - Certified Technical Architect
- CMA - Certified Master Architect
Experience: 5+ Years of experience
Salary Range: $120,000- $170,000

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and develop custom ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
- Maintain and enhance core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Asset, IRM, Discovery, etc.).
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Use Flow Designer to improve service catalog offerings and automate workflows.
- Provide technical design guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform optimizations.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of platform updates and contribute to system upgrades.
- Draft and document technical test plans.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Admin.
- Strong expertise with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping).
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Designer is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with automation tools, advanced scripting, and ServiceNow reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and version control tools.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
