Description

Delaware Nation Industries is supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). We provide enterprise management and technical support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWC DD DNA) by providing assistance in policy, procedures, seat refresh, engineering/technical solutions, ordering to Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) and the Naval Networking Environment (NNE) strategy.

Job Summary: The Cyber Security Analyst/SPLUNK Administrator will provide hands-on direct support to the enterprise SPLUNK solution, assist in developing dashboards, reports, and monthly reporting and analytics throughout the networked systems and applications used by the organization. The SPLUNK Admin will be responsible for maintaining, patching, implementing relevant STIGs, and any additional administrative support for the SPLUNK frontend application as well as backend server side. They will also provide situational investigation and analytics as needed by the command ISSM, CIO or other cyber security requirements as needed throughout the daily activities or efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Splunk server and application, conducting regular health checks, updates, and resiliency testing to ensure Splunk remains robust and reliable.
  • Ensure data ingestion encompasses required devices and remains consistent.
  • Design and implement custom dashboards, visualizations, and alerts to provide real-time insight into enclave health and performance
  • Assist in performing security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis
  • Assist in conducting security audits internal and external
  • Assist in identifying the cause and effect of security breaches


Requirements

  • DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Cyber Security
  • 2+ Years of Experience in SPLUNK administration and support
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8/9 Systems Administration
  • Cyber Security Workforce level IAM I/II
  • Forensics analysis familiarity
  • Experienced STIG implementation/reviewer
