This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Summary:

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Security Cooperation Administrative Specialist to support our USCENTCOM customer in Tampa, FL.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to SCOs across the USCENTCOM AOR, resolving issues related to pay, travel, leave, awards/decorations, performance evaluations, and personnel records.
  • Must be able to organize, manage, and resolve a myriad of administrative issues related to pay, travel, leave, awards/decorations, performance evaluations and personnel records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between USCENTCOM HQ, SCO locations, and the Defense Security Cooperation Service (DSCS), facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of military and civilian pay and entitlement regulations, record updates, position management, and in/out-processing procedures for all service branches (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Space Force, Coast Guard).
  • Develop and deliver impactful briefings to senior leadership on SCO administrative issues and initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with USCENTCOM partner military and civilian organizations to ensure effective planning and synchronization of events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Strong Organizational and planning skills
  • Clearance - Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working at a major command, combatant command, or service-level headquarters desired; experience within the USCENTCOM AOR preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop clear and concise briefing materials for senior military and civilian DoD leadership.
  • Strong understanding of USCENTCOM organizational structure and functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing sample required). Proficient research and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong data management and analytical skills.
