Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for core system configuration, developing new solutions, optimizing existing ones, and supporting various business needs.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and develop custom ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
Maintain and enhance core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Asset, IRM, Discovery, etc.).
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Use Flow Designer to improve service catalog offerings and automate workflows.
Provide technical design guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform optimizations.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide ServiceNow-based solutions.
Maintain knowledge of platform updates and contribute to system upgrades.
Draft and document technical test plans.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Admin.
Strong expertise with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience in core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping).
Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Designer is desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Admin certification.
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
Experience with automation tools, advanced scripting, and ServiceNow reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and version control tools.
Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
