Job Title: Software Development Lead
Job Location: Arlington, VA 22201

Job Description:
* The Software Development Lead will be challenged with developing custom software solutions or web sites that meet the needs of dynamic customer environment.
* The Software Development Lead will be responsible for providing accurate and timely completion of technical development and support tasks in accordance with Information Systems standards and methodologies.
* The candidate will also need to help improve the customer's software development processes and provide technical mentoring to more junior developers to increase agile sprint creation.
* An ability to rapidly learn new coding languages and environments and ensuring a superior level of customer service is a must.
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of C# (or VB.NET) and ASP.NET web development experience
* NET, .NET framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, MVC, WebForms
* IIS server configuration
* 1+ years of Application Cloud Migration (IaaS/SaaS/PaaS)
* Relational Database Design and Development (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
* Experience with source control systems, preferably GIT
* Ability to develop web sites that work on multiple versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and support mobile devices
* Prior experience designing scalable enterprise software solutions
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong dedication to quality customer service
* Strong multi-tasking skills essential
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn new technologies
* Must possess a personal sense of urgency
* Superior teamwork skills
Desirable Qualifications:
* Prior experience leading successful development teams
* Transact-SQL, PL-SQL, XML, XSL, Telerik Controls, ASP, XML, XSL, HTML5, CSS3
* Experience in using SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, or any other Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence tool
* Experience working with UI graphic designers
