Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Program Manager - Structures/Mechanical Systems IPT Leader (Level K) to support the B-52J Program Team in Oklahoma City, OK.

We are looking for a candidate who will manage the Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) Structures/Mechanical Systems IPT which is responsible for developing, designing, analyzing, and delivering primary and secondary structures, hydraulics, fuels, Environmental Controls Systems (ECS), and throttle products that will enable integration of new engines on the B-52 aircraft.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

- Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience
- Experience with Program Management, including scheduling and Cost Account Manager (CAM) Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management including cost, schedule and technical management.
- 3+ years of experience working with U.S. Government customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for building strong people-focused organizations and know how to define, build, execute, and measure against the enterprise's vision
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in the production, modification and/or conversion of airplanes
- Proficient experience using project management tools & best practices
- Experience developing & integrating strategic projects and initiatives to meet business goals
- Experience leading team of project managers
- Experience in a role that required organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate and coordinate multiple projects
