We are seeking a driven and dedicated IT Multifunctional Information System Analyst, Sr. to join our Infrastructure & Technology organization, supporting our Executive team and Customer Engagement environment while contributing to the success of our company. As a key member of our IT team, you will provide high-level IT support to Lockheed Martin's Executives, customer engagement environments, demonstrations, and Infrastructure leveraging your expertise in IT infrastructure, collaboration services, and customer engagement support. You will contribute to information technology support with a focus on data network infrastructure (including switches, routers, and firewalls), a growth mindset mentality, and willingness to learn and acquire skills over time. Your support of the executive environment will not only be your greatest asset, but ours as well. You will be a key contributor, providing coaching and knowledge transfer to junior team members to assist with skill building over time.
Your Mission:
Responsibilities of this role will span multiple domains in Voice / Video / Data / Networking / Desktop, and will include end user support, execution of desktop computing services, video teleconferencing, and conference room audio visual infrastructures.
Key areas of support include:
• Focused area on data network infrastructure both in support of unclassified and classified environments (routers, switches, firewalls, and encryptors)
• High-level support to Lockheed Martin's Executive Leadership Team, which requires proficiencies in all facets of IT related to end user computing, mobility, collaboration tools, and conference room support (Creston, Extron, AMX, Cisco VTCs, Zoom, MS Teams, etc)
• End user support, execution of desktop computing services, video teleconferencing, and conference room audio visual infrastructures.
• High-level support to demonstrations and customer engagement environments, which requires interfacing with external customers and government officials.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
• US Citizenship is required for this role, along with the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain US Govt Security Clearance
• Experience in the support of switching and routing protocols with Cisco ISE, RADIUS, TACACS+, and network device compliance
• Experience with Juniper Junos OS and network device compliance
• Must have experience with Audio visual and collaboration solutions (Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Microsoft, Aello, Pixera).
• Experience with supporting Classified IT Infrastructures (SiprNet, ViPer, STE, KG-175 encryptors)
• Experience with Customer Engagement and Demonstrations, providing IT customer service in an executive environment
• Experience interfacing with Executive customers, External customers, DoD Stakeholders, IT management, and vendors
• Ability to provide after-hours/on-call support
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain professional behavior in difficult situations
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to lift IT equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in the design of highly scalable and highly reliable LAN switching environments
• Experience with Palo Alto / Cisco Firepower application layer firewalls
• Experience with Cisco IOS, UCS, Hyperflex, Juniper
• Experience with classified networks and concepts (i.e. C3E, DarkStar, SiprNet)
• Experience in classified infrastructure and compliance (STIG)
• Experience with Server administration tools, including cloud-based solutions AWS and MS Azure, MS Server 2016 and above
• Experience with Audio Visual and virtual reality tools (Crestron, Extron, Pixera, Aello)
• Experience with asset management tools, including CM12, JITA, SNOW, and Service Central
• Knowledge of HP Desktop Hardware configuration, Microsoft Windows 11, MS Office
• Experience managing or participating in business area level software migrations (i.e., Windows 11 cadence, Microsoft Office M365)
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin collaboration tools and connectivity solutions, Slack, MS Teams, Pulse Secure VPN, and OneDrive
• Applications (M365), Apple Mac Support, iOS Mobile Device Management (MS Intune), iOS, GPO, SCCM, and Active Directory
• Previous experience supporting LM Executives and external distinguished visitors
• Prior experience providing technology support to both internal and external customers in a live event setting
• Security+ and/or CCNA Certification or higher
• Ability to obtain a Collateral Secret security clearance or higher
