Position Description:

Are you a highly organized administrative professional looking to support executive leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? EnProVera is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the FBI Finance and Facilities Division. If you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and keeping operations running seamlessly, this role is for you.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

As an Executive Administrator, you'll manage schedules, coordinate critical meetings, and handle sensitive administrative functions that keep our team moving efficiently. Responsibilities include:
  • Drafting correspondence and meeting materials;
  • Setting up conference rooms ahead of meetings;
  • Planning, booking, and submitting travel arrangements;
  • Screening and returning phone calls;
  • Managing filing system compliant with FBI records management requirements;
  • Managing organizational action items and deliverables; interfacing with facility managers on building-related issues and submitting facilities maintenance tickets;
  • Escorting visitors and uncleared personnel to the office space for meetings;
  • Assisting with onboarding new government employees and contractors to help with cubicle assignment, computer access, access badges, etc.;
  • Maintaining accountability of office supplies and other equipment (elevator cards, bureau vehicle assignments, etc.);
  • Supporting ad-hoc administrative projects.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of four plus (4+) years of experience as an Executive Assistant directly supporting a senior executive;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with DoD-specific programs and software;
  • Highly Proficient in collaboration, triage of executive requests, and delegation of duties or executive requests;
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities;
  • High level of attention to detail with an ability to anticipate, mitigate and follow-up as needed;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.


Required Security:
  • US Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret Clearance


FLSA Class: Non-Exempt

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance - includes standing, walking, bending, twisting, and performing a variety of other physical functions on a consistent basis .
