About the role
This role will be on a fast-moving software engineering team supporting a microservice ecosystem with several UIs. Project management is done using feature driven development. The team is highly collaborative, and engineers are encouraged to help drive system design. The candidate will be working with mission very closely and interacting with
customers daily.
What you'll do
Qualifications
3 years of experience with a bachelors degree in a technical discipline or 4 additional years in place of a bachelors degree.
The pay range for this role is:
135,000 - 150,000 USD per year ( Annapolis Junction, MD )

What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Java micro-service web applications.
- Work closely with tech lead on technical decisions and product roadmap.
- Resolve challenging software engineering design problems.
- Interact with the customer to resolve issues and propose new features.
- Support testing and deployment of production applications.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
- Experience with design, debugging, and problem solving with Java.
- Experience with RESTful web applications.
- Experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience interacting with MongoDB or similar database technology.
- Experience with Automated testing.
