Knowledge of Intelligence Community organizational relationships as they interface with SNP programs.
The Contractor shall, on a continuous basis, analyze and evaluate engineering, integration and interoperability aspects of communications and associated infrastructure-related designs.
Analyze and develop performance and interface parameters between or within SNP programs and their associated external strategic and theater operational missions, command and control systems, and technical intelligence components.
Analyze the technical engineering support for requirements involving existing and planned communication-infrastructure upgrades, enhancements or modifications in support of the SF Form 1067 process to system and subsystem level interfaces, implementation of firewall and cryptographic functions, developing communication-infrastructure/facility/project budget recommendations or estimates, and confirming communication-infrastructure ordering and service requests for SBIRS communication networks and external communication networks. The Contractor shall provide findings in writing to the Government monthly.
Identify support agreements required to identify interface demarcation points and sustainment allocations.
monitor the validation and approval of all communication-infrastructure hardware/software changes and engineering and technical solutions for compliance with requirements. Facilitate Government/SNP programs' contractor interconnection of applicable communication-infrastructure systems and interfaces to meet the logistics and sustainment aspects of the SNP programs development schedule.
