Job Title: Senior Director Federal Sales - IC
Location: Herndon, VA - USA
Essential Functions will include:
Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments
Highly motivated, driven & results-oriented
Risk taking is expected and desirable
Strong communication & presentation skills
Management of the US Intelligence Managers, including recruitment, skills development, coaching, appraisals and performance management
Grow net new and existing business within the territory
Lead Territory Account Managers in messaging our value proposition to customers based on validated customer-specific needs
Build a personal network of executive relationships within key customers and partners
Drive the business planning process within the region
Ensure all Territory Account Managers are integrated into the process and building their own business plans
Up to 40% flexible travel
Report progress against business plan to VP
Work closely with other internal functions including Inside Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support
Qualifications:
BS technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Information Technology or Cyber Security experience preferred, but not required
5+ years of above quota sales experience, and at least 5 years of Sales Management experience, preferably within US Intelligence.
