Full Stack Developer - TS/SCI with Poly

Job Description:

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of ground software for satellite data analysis, data processing, and data exploitation. This role provides an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software for satellite data processing and analysis.
• Design and implement full-stack web applications using Angular, TypeScript (Frontend) and Python, Django (Backend).
• Develop microservices in Python and work with AWS CloudFormation.
• Utilize Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD (Jenkins, test automation, etc.) methodologies to enhance software development.
• Assist in the design and implementation of cloud-based development environments.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing for all assigned features.
• Provide system administration support for cloud-based and standalone development environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and review work products at multiple levels.
• Collaborate across disciplines with internal and external teams to foster a productive work environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Support risk and opportunity assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, Python, Django, and AWS.
• Experience in microservice development and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with system administration for cloud-based environments.
• Background in satellite data analysis or related fields.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
