Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Palantir Consultant for a Direct Hire job opportunity supporting the Department of Defense. This is an onsite position located in the Washington DC area, offering hybrid scheduling flexibility. The selected Palantir Consultant will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge, data-driven solutions to solve complex challenges for the United States Air Force.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Palantir Foundry, data engineering, and systems integration to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that drive mission success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in transforming vast datasets into actionable insights, utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and advanced analytics to support autonomous systems and enterprise-level decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define system architectures, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Implement MBSE methodologies to support the planning, design, and verification of complex systems, capturing key elements such as requirements decomposition and risk management.
• Perform data integration, transformation, and modeling to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making for mission-critical applications.
• Optimize Palantir tools and workflows for performance, scalability, and compliance with security and governance standards.
• Provide training, support, and best practices to clients and teams, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Palantir platforms.
• Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance of Palantir-based systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum active Top-Secret Clearance required (We will upgrade)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipeline development, data integration, and application deployment.
• Proficiency in MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, SysML) and methodologies, with experience in systems engineering processes like requirements analysis and trade studies.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages, with expertise in data manipulation, ETL processes, and large-scale datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and leadership to drive project success.
Compensation:
• Comprehensive Benefits and 401K option plans included with base salary, which ranges from $110,000 to $185,000 (depending on years of experience).
