Sr. ServiceNow Developer (secret clearance)

As a Sr. ServiceNow Developer, you will design, configure, develop, and implement both baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. You will provide architectural input and ensure the stability of the platform by adhering to design and development standards. This role supports federal clients, specifically the US Department of State.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Provide architectural input to maintain platform stability.
• Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a State Department contract focused on cloud work.
• Work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Support multiple instances and domains for internal and external customers.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology for development work.
• Advise functional and admin teams on ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with business, systems, and technology partners to develop requirements.
• Develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
• Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
• Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
• Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, including the Service Catalog module and custom applications.
• Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting experience.
• Preferred 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting federal clients is a plus.
