Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support KMS and our government customer in Elizabeth City, NC. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. Candidates should be local to Elizabeth City NC.

The Project Manager (PM) will attend to all company personnel's needs including obtaining access to the facility. When notified of personnel issues by the customer, it is expected that the PM will address these issues immediately. The DPM will oversee any employee removals and coordinate such removals with the customer. The PM and will be responsible for timely and accurate monthly invoicing and producing the required monthly reports.

- Monitoring employee performance and addressing any performance issues as required
- Producing accurate and complete monthly reports as required by the contract
- Validating and approving monthly invoices
- Working with recruiting to fill any vacancies
- Assisting new employees with onboarding
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience with client and customer services
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
Education:
- HS Graduate
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience
Office Location and Travel:
- Ability to travel within the Elizabeth City area as required.
