Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer:
McLane Advanced Technologies is seeking to hire a remote Full Stack Developer to support the U.S. Army. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of developers.
The Full Stack Developer will:
- Provide Data Architecture development and support; Army data and application/system assessment and prioritization (triage) for select Army applications; and, Programmatic and business process workshops, process diagramming/mapping, and associated systems services.
- Complete development and/or modification of computer-based scientific, technical, and business software systems as assigned by the Lead Software Developer.
- Use expertise to design develop, code, test, and debug software.
- Work in one or several areas, such as equipment or software design, engineering evaluation or test, configuration management procedures, statistical analysis, and modeling.
- Read relevant documentation, including application analysis documentation prior to start and release documentation to understand what is being released.
- Perform tasks necessary to ensure the identification and documentation of hazards within software systems using various analysis tools and techniques.
- Review and evaluate systems and software for adherence to government or commercial directives, standards, guidelines, and criteria concerning software safety and systems safety.
- Confirm design mitigations are captured in the design and its documentation and verifies implementation.
- Bachelor of Science degree along with 2-4 years of experience OR 6-8 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience in full-stack business systems web software engineering.
- Experience with object-oriented technologies and Microsoft web technologies (.NET Framework 4.6+).
- Experience with Visual Studio Team System, ASP.NET API/MVC and C#).
- Familiar with designing, developing, deploying, testing, and evaluating software applications.
- Has developed and maintained manuals, drawings, and/or system specifications.
- Skilled in multiple programming languages and familiar with Agile development approaches.
- Experience working with C#, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
