Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-level Enterprise Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, system development, and engineering analysis, with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. This role involves designing, building, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-class systems and processes to support mission needs, as well as developing the baseline and target architecture for a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, implement, and maintain enterprise-class systems and processes to support mission needs.
Develop the baseline and target architecture for a production environment.
Align standards and frameworks with overall business and technology strategy.
Identify design gaps in existing and proposed architecture and recommend changes and/or enhancements to ensure stability, interoperability, portability, and/or scalability of system architecture.
Lead the integration of processes and methodologies to ensure the performance of the total system.
Work directly with technical personnel and program managers in the planning, oversight, execution, and evaluation of technical solutions related to system and product development.
Apply knowledge of scientific principles and practices in broad areas across one or more technical disciplines.
Maintain a liaison role for technical matters with staff and customers and act independently on technical issues within his/her field of expertise.
Support the Authorization to Operate (ATO) and accreditation processes.
Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, system development, or a related field.
Strong experience in design, evaluation, planning, testing, and operation of complex systems.
Proficiency in integrating processes and methodologies to ensure system performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage technical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with ATO and accreditation processes.
Knowledge of scientific principles and practices across multiple technical disciplines.
Experience with engineering analysis and research.
