Job Description
Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is seeking a qualified and motivated C2 Systems Integrator to support the Navy Integration Training Environment (NITE) program.
This role involves on-site work at the Battle Lab Simulation Center at Camp Lejeune, NC (supporting II MEF and Naval Surface Warfare Center - Corona), or the Battle Simulation Center at Camp Pendleton, CA (supporting I MEF and NSWC-Corona). The C2 Systems Integrator provides essential Marine Corps Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) training, assisting with the planning, design, and execution of LVC training events. The position also involves supporting both on-site and distributed training events at other locations, as directed.
Key responsibilities include integrating warfighting and simulation systems to achieve operational objectives, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth execution of USMC-supported LVC training events.
Additional Information: This role requires interaction with Military, Government, and Contractor leadership, emphasizing the need for strong communication skills. Flexibility to work non-standard hours and over 40 hours per week may be necessary to meet mission-critical requirements.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintain efficient operation of local area networks, worldwide networks, and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
- Plan, evaluate, and manage the installation and reconfiguration of hardware and software for data and voice communication networks.
- Provide technical expertise on network and computer hardware/software, including routers, firewalls, and other essential tools.
- Propose and implement optimized network solutions to align with business and operational needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including operational instructions.
- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of network performance for both short- and long-term planning.
- Coordinate maintenance for network equipment and assist in network design, including hardware and software package selection.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, OR:
- Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, OR:
- PhD or Juris Doctorate with 0 years of experience, OR:
- High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience with military C4I systems, including operational and technical integration, system administration, troubleshooting, and support for war gaming events.
- Experience in Windows system administration and management of virtual operating system environments.
- Proficiency in account management, user troubleshooting, and implementing system upgrades, configurations, and security patches.
- Required IT certifications: Windows Operating System, CompTIA Security+ CE (or equivalent/higher).
- Must possess and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance if needed.
Preferred Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Prior military service and/or experience in systems administration with knowledge of warfighting and simulation systems, including:
- Joint Tactical Command Workstation (JTCW)
- MAGTF Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS)
- Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS)
- Tactical Control System (TCS)
- Global Command and Control System (GCCS)
- Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF)
- Target Handoff System Version 2 (THSv2)
- Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
- Expertise in administering and troubleshooting voice communication systems, Windows, and Linux environments.
