Job Function:
Operate, integrate, and provide classroom instruction and over-the-shoulder support on fielded live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulation models in support of exercises and training in classrooms and work cells, and other designated training locations.

Education: BS/BA, subject immaterial or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training
Certifications: IAT I or DCWF equivalent
Operate, integrate, and provide classroom instruction and over-the-shoulder support on fielded live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulation models in support of exercises and training in classrooms and work cells, and other designated training locations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update as required existing training support packages that integrate training products, materials, and other pertinent information necessary to train in Live/Virtual/Constructive-Gaming (LVCG) environments
- Responsible for the set-up, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of simulation systems and components
- Work with training audience and Exercise Planning Team to compose, build, and install simulation databases
- Technical expert on the employment of simulations and/or gaming systems that stimulate command and control systems
- Support the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of systems to support exercise training and control functions
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
- Update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance
- Provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors

- Participates in special projects as required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of military simulation models, preferably in JLCCTC-MRF/ WARSIM functional operations
- Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
- Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
