The Opportunity:

Are you looking for a position where you can apply your logistics expertise to support a critical customer training effort? With responsibility for managing and coordinating the logistics program, it takes a logistics officer who can meet mission requirements in a fast-paced environment to ensure success.

On our team, you'll administer the logistics program supporting a government customer. You'll coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers and manage shipping and receiving. You'll be responsible for the request, receipt, issue, and accountability of expendable, durable, and non-expendable supplies and equipment, as well as packing large and small shipments, including crating and palletizing customer equipment . You'll track and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are accounted for and in good condition. You'll receive and log program material deliveries, working closely with your Procurement and Property counterparts on a supply chain team.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with project management or logistics in support of government programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, or Word
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds unassisted
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience packing large and small shipments, including crating or palletizing customer equipment
  • Experience with customer supply management and accountable property databases
  • Knowledge of customer security guidelines related to material movement
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
