Amentum is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist / Property Book Manager to provide expert logistical and property book management support to Headquarters Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC), ensure accurate accountability and distribution of materials per Department of Defense policies. The specialist will facilitate supply chain operations, coordinate with internal and external agencies, and maintain compliance with logistics regulations and directives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing logistical requirements in alignment with DoD Supply Chain Material Management Policy (DoD Instruction 4140.01), DoD Instruction 5000.64, and USSOCOM directives.
- Utilize military service component equipment accountability systems such as PBUSE, SPBUSE, DPAS, and GCSS-Army.
- Maintain equipment accountability database inputs, system management, and records reconciliation.
- Serve as a logistics customer service liaison via multiple communication platforms.
- Process and route materials using automated systems such as barcode readers and databases.
- Conduct scheduled inventories, training, and briefings.
- Coordinate all logistics elements, including spares, support equipment, technical data, and provisioning.
- Collaborate with SOCOM, DLA, SOFSA, and commercial vendors for logistics coordination.
- Execute DRMO turn-in actions and ensure property accountability records are accurate.
- Operate general-purpose government vehicles, including forklifts, trucks, and hand trucks.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in property book management within a joint environment.
- 1 year of Special Operations Forces (SOF) property management experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience supporting interagency logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with financial liability investigations of property loss (FLIPL).
