Valiant has an exciting opportunity for a Program Control Analyst to join our Integrated Counter Threat Solutions (ICTS) Business Line. The successful candidate will be performing a wide variety of financial and business management responsibilities as a member of the ICTS Program Management Office (PMO). You will play an integral role as you assist the management team with their programmatic and fiduciary duties. ICTS encompasses multiple contracts that span multiple years, in multiple global locations, and that require comprehensive reporting & tracking. Specific responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports directly to the ICTS Senior Project Control in support of program priorities, goals, and operational needs.
• Maintains project baseline budget information; updates spend and phasing plans and reconciles with corporate partners when needed.
• Assists with preparation of Monthly Financial Management/Status Reports to include financial tracking by contract CLIN, contract expenses, travel, cumulative billings as well as contract quality, schedule, and performance data.
• Tracks holistic program finances ranging from labor and travel funding to cost reimbursable purchases. Manages monthly invoices to include firm fixed price and reimbursable costs and ensures accuracy in coordination with individual task order-level program budgets. Works with program, financial, and corporate partners to correct errors and ensure timely invoice submission.
• Prepares funding documents in support of the project(s), to include supporting documentation.
• Tracks and compares project funding execution to phasing plans. Identifies and alerts the management team to any significant variances from the plan. Prepares justification statements, as required, to explain the variances.
• Prepares and coordinates inputs for regular execution reviews as required to include any related status reports, briefings, and information inquiries.
• Interfaces with the management team in the preparation of financial documentation, status reports, and briefs in response to internal and external requests for project financial data.
• Assists with the coordination and resolution of financial reporting and compliance issues with the necessary government agencies to ensure accurate interpretation.
• Identifies process improvement steps and supports implementation across the program.
• Assist in the administration and reconciliation of program purchase card transactions.
• Assist with validating requests for purchases and subcontract support conform to policy (corporate and client), route and track approvals, log and reconcile purchases and subcontractor purchases.
• Assist in the administration and execution of personnel actions.
• Create and maintain program documentation (such as Standard Operating Procedures) and job aids for use in educating personnel on processes, procedures, and policies specific to various activities.
• Create and maintain program knowledge management repositories and systems utilizing SharePoint or other tools.
• Anticipate and respond to program needs, proactively prioritize work, complete multiple tasks under deadlines in line with leadership direction and often with minimal oversight.
• Respond quickly and accurately to program requests for information.
• Respond quickly to emerging program needs, including those that may happen during non-traditional duty hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
CLEARANCE: Active Secret Clearance preferred OR the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of experience in Program Control with, EAC development and hands-on financial reporting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Prior Experience working with Costpoint and Business Intelligence Reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with individuals across the organization.
• ability to work with Program Managers and technical leaders
