Location: Offutt AFB, NE
Schedule: Day/ M-F

Syntelligent is seeking a full-time Systems Architect to support upcoming/contingent work at USSTRATCOM/J61.

Anticipated Salary Range:
Duties will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data and database solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement data integration, architecture, and optimization strategies to support mission-critical operations.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with software engineers to enable seamless application and database integration.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance database performance, storage, and backup solutions for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience or documented training in designing, deploying, and maintaining systems and capabilities
- Must be able to obtain certification meeting 8140 series requirements within 6-months of notification
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience demonstrating written and oral communication skills including developing and presenting complex written products and oral briefings to senior leaders at the O-6/GS-15 level or higher
- Minimum of eight (8) years' demonstrated expertise in CCMD and DoD processes for development, integration, and business processes
- Expertise in developing and supporting development of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) Capability Based Assessments (CBA)
- Expertise in using computer based architectural tools in producing DoDAF compliant products like Enterprise Architecture (EA) by Sparx
- Experience with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) and Systems Modeling Language (SySML) as adjunct components and incorporation into deliverable architecture products
- Minimum of five (5) years documenting and curating Operational Architecture to include operational scenarios, activities, and requirements that support capability modeling and artifacts.
- Minimum of eight (8) years' demonstrated expertise developing operational and functional requirements at the CCMD level.
- Expertise in developing and validating C4ISR/ Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), utilizing various sub-component models and artifacts, and producing operational, capability, and system views
- Minimum of four (4) years documenting and translating Mission and Operational views, requirements, and capabilities needs into models that support MBSE, MOSA, and other capability engineering activities.
Substitutions for experience:
- A Master's degree in engineering discipline or Computer Science can substitute for three (3) years of experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or Computer Science can substitute for one (1) year of experience.
