The Northrop Grumman Microelectronic Center (NGMC) of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Project Management professional, to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in at Linthicum, MD.
The position will support projects at the Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs. Northrop Grumman's ATL semiconductor foundry and Test/Assembly facility supports a range of production microelectronic devices (Silicon, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, and Silicon Carbide) and the test and assembly of both internal and external products. Our devices enable several Northrop Grumman's ground-based radars, avionic radars, and space systems.

Our multidisciplinary foundry team enables activities from development to sustainment process engineering. A strong understanding of semiconductor technology and microelectronic process engineering is essential.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
• Facilitation of meetings, resulting actions, and any associated deliverables, including senior leadership meetings
• Development and presentation of executive level leadership briefings
• Participating in technical meetings and engineering reviews; taking detailed notes to facilitate creation of detailed/technically complex (Customer Deliverable-quality) meeting minutes.
• Work with internal customers to understand the business goals, objectives, rules and additional requirements
• Capturing, tracking, and providing visibility into/reporting on action items
• Developing/establishing positive, professional, cross-team relationships
• Use of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint.

Basic Qualifications for Associate Project Management:
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline with 1year of relevant experience
• Must have 1 year project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, shop floor employees, and support function employees
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work across business functions
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task when there are competing demands
• Ability to formulate, communicate and execute complex project plans and initiatives
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• US Citizenship required

Salary Range: $70,600 - $106,000
Salary Range 2: $85,400 - $128,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
