Database Analyst - Point Mugu, California - Clearance Required

GDIT is seeking a Database Analyst to help support our Electronic Warfare Database Solution (EWDS) program.

As a Database Analyst, for our EWDS program in Point Mugu, CA you will be responsible to perform sustainment and enhancement of database functionality and utilization.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Managing, executing, and creating queries
• Writing functions and stored procedures
• Work with administrators and developers to optimize features and functionality
• Assist or provide guidance to users of the database as required

Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance
• US Citizen Required
• BA/BS (or four years of equivalent experience)
• 3+ years experience
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• SSMS / GIT/ Azure Devops
• Create and adhere to QA rulesets
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Continuous Development/Deployment
