The Opportunity:
GILE is staffing a Senior Project Manager (Facilities) for Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical support for facility maintenance projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Directs and supervises all facilities support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities
  • Manage technical direction of a facilities project through the design, implementation and testing in accorda project objectives
  • Assist in management of the program support services
  • Manage a workforce consisting of Master Electrician, Master HVAC Technician, CADD Designer, and a General Maintenance Technician
  • Optimize operating results in terms of cost, methods and person Implements quality assurance directives
  • Assist in defining and implementation of program schedules


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical, engineering, or military discipline with 10 years of related facility project management experience
  • Knowledge of the functions and operations of major U. S. military commands
  • Complete understanding of contract cost and pricing principles that translates efforts into achievements especially in acquiring new and follow-on business
  • Excellent communication, effective leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of various computer programs (i.e., Power Point, Excel, Word, and Project)
  • Advanced leadership and decision-making skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • US Citizenship, Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrination
  • Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,800 - $219,600
