Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a Military Event Planner to provide 2-Star Level planning and operations support to the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) G-3/5/7 and Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. This effort will support the CCoE's mission to train and educate the world's best Cyberspace, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signal Operators while developing DOTMLPF-P solutions, in order to conduct effective and integrated cyberspace, EW, and signal operations supporting Unified Land Operations (multi-domain battle).

Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead Planner for supporting the CCoE and G-3/5 planned annual events and recurring major events.
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, synchronization, and prioritization of activities that facilitate Signal | Cyber| Electronic Warfare training in accordance with command's mission, goals, and objectives.
- Organize programs, documents for distribution, audio-visual needs, transportation, meals, tours, translation services and accommodations as required.
- Responsible for managing all HQDA, TRADOC, and Combined Arms Center tasking requirements, to include Worldwide Individual Augmentation System taskings, foreign visits, and FOIA/PA requests.
- Assist in the development of contingency plans (The COOP PLAN) for emergency activities.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of In-depth knowledge of the unified/specified command structure and of the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps organizations is required. Unified/Specified command structure is essential to coordinating JOPES issues between supporting and supported GCCs for operations that transcend traditional AOR boundaries.
- Three (3) years of experience, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of requirements and capabilities as well as timetables with an emphasis on crisis action procedures in support of time-sensitive deployments in support of real-world crisis.
- Prior military education level must be equivalent to attendance to the Master Leader's Course (MLC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE) Graduate, with Joint Operations and Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience or Sergeant Major Course Graduate.
- In lieu of miliary experience/education, contractor must have successfully completed a 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours appropriate to the work of the position, e.g. English, Planner, Business and Business Analytics.
- Extensive knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System
