Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialist
Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? We're looking for a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialist to lead the way in developing data-driven solutions. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge tools like ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks to drive business intelligence strategies, mentor team members, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
What You'll Do
•Design, develop, and deploy advanced data analytics and BI solutions to meet business needs.
•Lead the implementation of ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks for data visualization, reporting, and analytics workflows.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
•Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
•Mentor and guide junior team members in data analytics best practices and tools.
•Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance business operations.
•Develop and implement best practices for data management, quality assurance, and security.
•Troubleshoot and optimize BI systems to ensure high performance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
•DoD Secret Clearance or higher
•Minimum of 3 - 7 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence.
•Extensive experience with ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks for advanced analytics and visualization.
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
•Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
•Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
•Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Bonus Skills
•Experience working with machine learning algorithms and AI-driven insights.
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
•Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks).
