We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst / Operations Technologist to support the APEO Engineering and Architecture organization. The successful candidate will provide operational support, analyze and improve processes, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. This role will require expertise in operations analysis, program planning, and execution, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst / Operations Technologist to support the APEO Engineering and Architecture organization. The successful candidate will provide operational support, analyze and improve processes, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. This role will require expertise in operations analysis, program planning, and execution, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for APEO Engineering and Architecture, including planning, coordination, and execution of program reviews, technical reviews, and other events.
- Analyze and improve operational processes, including identification of areas for improvement, development of solutions, and implementation of changes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration, including development of communication plans, meeting coordination, and documentation management.
- Manage and distribute critical documents, including classified and controlled unclassified information, using platforms such as SIPRNet and DoD SAFE.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and training materials.
- Provide support for program leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and develop and implement solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and standards, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in operations analysis, program management, or a related field, with a focus on operational support, process improvement, and communication.
- Strong understanding of operational principles, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Experience with operational tools and techniques, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate operational risks and develop corrective actions.
- Knowledge of operational methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma, and experience with operational frameworks, such as ITIL.
- DoD Security Clearance: SECRET clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Familiarity with ETMS2 and SIPR ETMS2 Tasker Management Platforms.
- Experience with Army Regulation 25-50 (Preparing and Managing Correspondence) and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note, SharePoint).
