Supporting the major development platforms with a focus on Kubernetes and Redhat OpenShift on AWS Services. Incident management and response, troubleshooting DAGs failures

About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Platform Ops Engineerto join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the major development platforms with a focus on Kubernetes and Redhat OpenShift on AWS Services. Incident management and response, troubleshooting DAGs failures
Patching/upgrades:
- Create change and implementation
- Monthly ROSA and ARO cluster Patching
- Twistlock upgrades
- Oauth2-proxy upgrade
Splunk Upgrade:
- Implement Changes, deployments, RITMs and CAPAs in all the clusters from Non-prod and prod
- Documentation: create documentations in confluence , create KB, stack overflow articles
- Monitor Splunk alerts and work on initial triage
Qualifications
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge and hands-on working experience
- Strong Hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong IAC Code Experience (Terraform )
- Knowledge on Github Actions and how ArgoCD work
- Experience in handling SNOW,Cyberark,Confluence,Jira,Splunk
- Experience in basic AWS services like EC2,RDS, VPC, Route53 etc , AWS troubleshooting
- Basic Linux administrative commands
