Position Responsibilities:
- The contractor shall work with program personnel and assist with the development and implementation of acquisition strategies for programs and procurements of various sizes and complexities.
- The contractor shall provide strategic acquisition support. The contractor shall support all aspects of the acquisition process including:
- Acquisition/procurement approaches, strategies, and plans
- Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs)
- Market research and Market Research Reports
- Business and technical requirements
- Gathering information to assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
- Proposal Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria
- Logistical assistance with Industry Days, Conferences, and performance meetings
- Acquisition package development and tracking
- Determination and Findings (D&F), and Justification and Approval (J&A) development
- Acquisition document templates and any procurement guidance necessary to facilitate the procurement process for all OCHCO Divisions
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree: Masters degree preferred
- 10 years experience in Acquisition/procurement
- Experience with Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs)

- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Clearance if required.
Security Requirements:
- Background check
- Top Secret Clearance
- Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
