Responsibilities:
The successful Jr. Systems Analyst will provide support for multiple government acquisition offices. The selected candidate will demonstrate an understanding of technical specifications based on business requirements and functional specifications. They will provide end-user help desk support to the government's acquisition office and customer users for the following systems:
PRISM: A COTS contract-writing application developed by Unison (formerly Compusearch Software Systems)
In addition, they will also assist in the development, testing, and debugging of web applications for ARS using the Appian Business Process Modelling platform and Oracle database.
Requirements/Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a computer science/IT related field and/or 2 years of related experience. The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. The successful candidate is required to have a working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), Structured Query Language (SQL), and must demonstrate strong communication skills.

- UFMS: HHS's Oracle Financials 12c-based finance system
- FPDS: The Federal Procurement Data System - a reporting system used federal government-wide
- PSC WorkSmarter ARS: The Acquisition Reporting System, an in-house system used for Workload tracking, custom reporting and dashboards, and incident ticket management
In addition, they will also assist in the development, testing, and debugging of web applications for ARS using the Appian Business Process Modelling platform and Oracle database.
