As a Top Secret cleared Program Manager for this program, you will be working in an organization that's mission is to develop and operate the best possible software for critical national security enterprise applications. This organization leverages SCRUM and SAFE Agile software development methodology and strong Dev Ops practices.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. You will take projects from original concept through final implementation. You will develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, deliverables and status reports. You will be responsible for project tracking and analysis and will ensure adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision. Minimum of 1 year experience recommended. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level. Requirements:
• Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
• Minimum of 4 years of overall work experience with 2 years of experience supporting the management of projects, budget management, or other similar activities that involve tracking and oversight of team efforts
• Bachelor's degree
• In absence of degree, additional years of experience may be substituted for educational requirements

Minimum Years of Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of overall work experience with 2 years of experience supporting the management of projects, budget management, or other similar activities that involve tracking and oversight of team efforts

• Agile practices, Jira, Confluence
