Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Systems Security Engineer to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) in Dahlgren,VA. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in multiple areas of security technology, including network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, application security, and security frameworks.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Analyze and respond to security incidents reported from multiple sources, both internal and external.
- Prepare and update key documents such as Disaster Recovery Plans, Safety Manuals, and Emergency Action Plans.
- Lead security engineering initiatives for production and corporate infrastructure, ensuring the implementation of robust security measures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business applications include adequate information security controls.
Skills & Experience:
- Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT security with the DoD or Navy
- Experience with vulnerability analysis, risk analysis, SCAP scans, DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIB) implementation, scanning for viruses and other software that is detrimental
- Qualified experience in accreditation of systems and audits
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in security technologies, including cryptography, system and network security, and secure software development practices.
- IAM III level certification required
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least secret level security clearance
