Tripoint Solutions is seeking an Automation Integration Developer to join our team.
The Automation Integration Developer will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the success of a highly visible, results-driven client through the development of cloud-based systems.
Location: ON-SITE position; MUST be located in DC, Virginia, or Maryland.
The successful candidate will be accountable to:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow, Power Platform, Power Automate, PowerShell, and SharePoint.
- Analyze and understand business requirements to recommend effective solutions.
- Lead architecture design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate with existing systems.
- Develop, document, and enforce best practices for development and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the organization's automation capabilities.
What you bring
Experience, Education & Training:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in design, implementation, and integration for large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in developing and integrating solutions using ServiceNow, Power Platform, Power Automate, PowerShell, and SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of automation and system integration architecture.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell for custom automation tasks.
- Hands-on experience in both architectural design and application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification Required.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
