ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems
  • Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned TDL organizations.
  • Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
  • Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Selected candidates must be a US Citizen.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in the application of industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
  • Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and welding.
  • Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.
  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed.
  • High School Diploma or GED.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience on non-tactical/commercial vehicle fleets and/or military shall be with light or heavy duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
