Description
SAIC has an immediate opening for a Systems Integrator who brings passion to the job each day, and can work in fast-paced senior customer work environments. A passion for mission support, attention to detail in work products, an ability to come up with solutions to challenges and the ability to work with peers and customers to help them achieve mission success is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and respond to corporate actions, including:
• Monitoring actions via corporate action tracking tool.
• Analyzing the potential impact of corporate actions on the organization and making recommendations to management.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement response plans.
Support office-level communication, including:
• Compiling weekly report, developing and publishing monthly newsletter, assisting with strategic communication initiatives, and developing and producing ad-hoc office communication.
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and teams.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational goals.
• Provide general administrative support, including special projects and tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly.
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, although commensurate experience can be substituted for the degree.
- Experience working in a senior front-office environment with the customer.
- Experience working action items using the customer's action item tracking tool.
- Experience with compiling reports, newsletters and other ad-hoc office communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at the executive level.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other software applications relevant to the role.
