SG2 Recruiting is looking for a regional CONUS/OCONUS site lead responsible for daily management, ensuring task completion within deadlines and with clear guidance, addressing personnel issues, coordinating with the government customer for problem-solving and resource needs, establishing surge response processes, assessing computing needs, directing daily operations, staying updated on technology, approving systems implementations, and analyzing long-range personnel and equipment requirements.
What You Will Be Doing:
Ensuring the contractor tasks are completed within the deadlines, tasking guidance from the government customer is clear and unambiguous, contract personnel are qualified to perform the tasks, and potential personnel problems are pre-empted.
Consulting and coordinating with the government customer for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification.
Establishing and implementing streamlined processes and procedures to rapidly respond to surge requirements for increased contract personnel.
Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
Directing daily operations of the department by analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
Staying abreast of advances in technology.
Reviewing and approving all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation.
Analyzing computer and information needs from an operational and strategic perspective and determining immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements.
What You Will Need:
Active TS/SCI with a CI polygraph
Ability to commute to one of the CONUS/OCONUS locations (VA, MS, CA, NM, CO, Guam, United Kingdom, Australia) five (5) days per week
Doctorate degree in a STEM-related technical field with 8 years of relevant experience
Or master’s degree with 10 years of related experience
Or bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience,
OR associate’s degree with 14 years of experience
OR high school diploma with 16 years of experience
One or more of the following certifications: GIAC Security Expert (GSE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler Certification (GCIH), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required
