Exercise Planner

GPI needs an exercise planner in support of DoD and Navy requirements. Candidates should be knowledgeable of the exercise planning cycle and be able to play a lead staff role in the coordination of staff efforts, development of scenario materials, master scenario events list, and other supporting orders and briefs. The candidate should be an experienced staff officer at the three-star or four-star level.

Preferable characteristics include: retired USN or USMC officer, experience in a Navy MOC, combatant command staff experience, NATO experience, and knowledge of Europe and Africa. The candidate must be able to travel. The position could be filled by a candidate looking for a short-term assignment.
