DESCRIPTION

Position: Force Disposition ELINT Analyst

Location: Molesworth, UK

Clearance: TS/SCI

Position Type: 180 day TDY (temp)

Job Description:

Mission Essential is seeking a talented ELINT Analyst to join a dynamic team in the UK! This employee will provide force disposition Operational Electronic Intelligence (OPELINT) analytical support. This includes supporting identification, tracking, updating, and reporting of air defense and ground units. This analyst will be expected to author daily and weekly OPELINT summaries, provide support to EOB/DMOB production, coordinate with theater components and national agencies, and answer RFIs. Other duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and update a common battlespace awareness effort and a CIP by

servicing an operational intelligence watch for theater I&W 24/7.

• Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the theater's Common Operational Picture (COP) and COParchitecture, including the Global Command and Control System (GCCS).

• Provide military capability analysis in the areas of military structures, military systems, force posture, and force disposition, including out-of-garrison activity, to assist with multisource/all-source analysis and production including air, maritime, ground, space, and cyber domains.

• May require coordination with other Combatant Commands as identified by the

• Government.

• Ensure that the system of record for databasing hostile and/or adversary movements and dispositions is updated in accordance with theater guidelines.

• Provide force disposition Operational Electronic Intelligence (OPELINT) analysis, including identifying, tracking, and updating air/air defense and ground units.

• Have knowledge of GCCS, Generic Area Limitation Environment (GALE), "WRANGLER," Integrated Broadcast System (IBS), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), "MARS," and various tactical links (i.e., Link 16).

• CIP activities include the following:

o Identifying, tracking, and reporting on hostile and/or adversary air/air defense units.

o Analyzing air/air defense OPELINT.

o Identifying, tracking, and reporting on hostile and/or adversary ground units.

o Analyzing hostile and/or adversary ground OPELINT.

o Providing operational readiness, force disposition, and formal order-of-battle reporting via the

o Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) in coordination with an update and refresh team.

o Coordinating with theater components for CIP activities, specifically with components.

o Ensuring the database system of record for storing hostile and/or adversary movements and

o dispositions is updated in accordance with theater guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Must have an in-depth knowledge of ELINT, CED, GALE, ground order of battle, and national/theater collection systems. Must also be able to research all-source reporting to support production

• HS diploma or GED and 12 years of experience as a geospatial analyst, Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience as a geospatial analyst, or Master's degree and 8 years of experience as a geospatial analyst
