Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a qualified and experienced Cyber Security Lead to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Port Hueneme, CA. The Cyber Security Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing cybersecurity efforts, ensuring the security and compliance of information systems under the Navy's Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. This position will require leadership, technical expertise, and an in-depth understanding of cyber defense practices to ensure the safety and readiness of critical naval systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals in the areas of information system governance, authorization, and security.
- Oversee the execution of information system authorizations under the Navy's RMF Assessment and Authorization process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
- Manage incident response efforts, network monitoring activities, and information system audits to detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats.
- Ensure the cyber workforce is properly qualified and compliant with relevant Navy policies and training requirements.
- Work closely with Navy stakeholders to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) for information systems and cloud services.
- Provide guidance and oversight for cybersecurity policies, ensuring that all processes and systems are in alignment with the Navy's security requirements.
- Authorize cloud services and manage the authorization process to ensure compliance with Navy's guidelines.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in the following:
- Executing information system authorizations resulting in authority to operate under a DoD Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization process;
- Incident response, network monitoring, and information system audits;
- Overseeing workforce qualifications to comply with relevant policy; and
- Authorizing information systems resulting in authority to operate from the authorizing official.
- At least 4 years' experience managing Cybersecurity Teams with a focus on Information System Governance and Authorization
- At least 1 year of experience authorizing cloud systems resulting in authority to operate from the authorizing official
- Must possess an Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
- Proven track record of working across organizational and cultural boundaries to build coalitions and overcome challenges in achieving mission objectives.
Required Certification:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
