Position Description
The Financial Analyst (Journeyman) for DCSA Financial Operations Support will provide comprehensive support across several key areas, including Customer Funding Agreement, Billing & Collection, ServiceNow Invoice Processing, DAI Invoice Processing, NP2 Customer Invoice Posting, and Cost Allocation Methodology and Modelling. This role demands a detailed understanding of federal financial systems, interagency agreements, invoice processing, and cost modeling, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and effective coordination with government personnel. This position is essential for ensuring efficient financial operations and supporting the strategic financial management objectives of the DCSA. The contractor will work closely with government officials to facilitate accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. **Customer Funding Agreement Contractor Support:**
- Manage and track interagency agreements (IAAs) including 7600A and 7600B forms, ensuring all new agreements are entered into the DCSA Financial System (DAI) promptly .
- Collaborate with DAI PMO to resolve system processing issues and support the transition to G-invoicing capabilities .
- Distribute and collect customer agreements, providing weekly status reports and drafting official memos for agreements lacking sufficient funds .
2. **Customer Billing & Collection Contractor Support:**
- Maintain the Background Investigation (BI) billing database, ensuring daily access and backup procedures .
- Load billing files daily, validate data monthly, and ensure accuracy in customer transactions and invoice disputes .
- Transition BI billing functionalities to ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and operation .
3. **ServiceNow Invoice Processing Contractor Support:**
- Oversee monthly invoice processing using ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and timel
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Experience in financial management and interagency agreements.
- Proficiency in federal financial systems (DAI, G-invoicing, ServiceNow).
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop cost models.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with government personnel

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $121,900.00.
