CBRN Threat Analyst
Key Role:
Support strategic and operational analysis of CBRN subjects across the entire spectrum of conflict, including competition, crisis, and conflict. Research and conduct analytic rigor to assess CBRN threats, including adversary programs, proliferation, and supply chains. Apply technical expertise to facilitate understanding of complex CBRN issues to enable informed risk analysis and decision support for senior client leadership. Review information from various sources and apply analysis best practices on CBRN military capabilities, threats, requirements, and related subjects. Develop systems that enable conventional, unconventional, and dynamic force tracking for national and theater mission sets. Leverage expertise to inform CBRN equities into cross-government exercise and planning events to enable mission execution.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. CBRN Threat Analyst

Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in analyzing state or non-state WMD capabilities, proliferation, doctrine and strategy, command and control, and contemporary arms control agreements
- Experience with the joint planning process and integrating the military intelligence function into contingency planning and product development
- Experience developing deliverables and briefing to a senior level audience and key stakeholders
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence processes and procedures, including ICD 203
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience analyzing or assessing military capabilities and force employment, or 10+ years of experience analyzing or assessing military capabilities and force employment in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working at a combatant command, joint staff, or service component command
- Knowledge of intelligence databases and software programs for analysis of political-military issues, including Analyst Notebook, Tableau, RMT, Cedalion, Firehawk, HOTR, M3, MIDB, and PALANTIR
- Knowledge of foreign disclosure process
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Completion of Joint Professional Military Education
