Aviation Command and Control Analyst
Key Role :
Advise a military aviation command and control ( AC2 ) organization in developing solutions for support to operations plans, the annual Training and Exercise Employment Program ( TEEP ) , fiscal planning, and organizational training and readiness ( T & R ) goals. Coordinate planning efforts amongst higher, adjacent, and subordinate units and staffs to develop effective solutions for all phases and AC2 aspects of operations and TEEP events. Provide analytical, technical, and logistical analysis and recommendations during the Joint Exercise Life Cycle ( JELC ) to align resources to mission priorities and task requirements including concepts of operations that optimize support to the higher organization. Attend joint, bilateral, and multinational JELC planning conferences, working groups, and site surveys to plan, gather data, and provide resourcing recommendations to Department of Defense ( DoD ) attendees on the c ond uct of military operations and exercises. Provide inputs and recommendations for process improvements, increases to efficiency, or increases in effectiveness for AC2 and overall aviation operations. Assist in publishing and periodically updating the five-year training plan within established deadlines and provide advocacy during service headquarters force synchronization meetings. Provide process improvements recommendations and input to operations personnel and the commander regarding efficient employment of air defense and air command and control TEEP events.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience with military AC2 operations
- 2+ years of experience with military operations and exercise planning, preparation and coordination with adjacent components, and higher headquarters commands
- Knowledge of the Theater Air Ground System of joint AC2
- Knowledge of the military organization and culture of joint US Forces and partner allies in the region
- Knowledge of a variety of DoD networks for information gathering, to include NIPR, SIPR, and CENTRIX
- Ability to apply information from documents used to advise in the design of exercise construct that meets both exercise and T & R objectives
- Ability to advise leadership on means to achieve exercise planning objectives within a fiscally responsible exercise construct
- Ability to clearly communicate complex data analysis topics to senior leaders and respective staffs, and work with senior staff at the Joint or Combined level
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications :
- Graduate of a career or intermediate-level professional military education program
