Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network architectures to meet client specifications and performance requirements.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, and related network hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and secure network solutions.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and protocols.
- Provide technical expertise and documentation for network configurations and deployments.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (mandatory).
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification required; CCIE certification highly preferred.
- Proven experience architecting network solutions and configuring enterprise-level routers and switches.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting DoD or government clients.
- Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) or cloud-based network solutions.
